Information Collection And Sharing

Customers own the records of events and data in their account. That means that the personal information that participants enter when registering or attending an event are owned by the customer. We do not share personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers to perform services on your behalf. Third-party service providers have access to personal information needed only to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. VoiceVoice will not sell or trade any customer identifiable information derived from the registration for or use of the Service, including customer names, email address, and phone numbers (except as required by law or other legal process, or to enforce or apply our customer agreements).

VoiceVoice Use of Information

VoiceVoice may contact users electronically or otherwise with various information about the Service or other relevant information unless you specifically opt out of such messages. VoiceVoice reserves the right to use Customers’ name, title, biography, company and/or website address in our promotional materials. All of the calls to or from customer support may be recorded for the purpose of monitoring quality assurance. VoiceVoice may not contact participants of Customer events except those who expressly opt in to VoiceVoice’s messaging. VoiceVoice may contact those who have opted in to our marketing via phone or email and reference the customer, presenters and/or event attended. VoiceVoice may access these records and data for testing and quality assurance purposes. We may also contact presenters for co-marketing, service, or other purposes. In some events hosted and produced by VoiceVoice, VoiceVoice is the customer. In such cases VoiceVoice owns the data, and may contact you until you explicitly tell you otherwise, but the rest of this privacy policy still applies, and thus we still may not sell or trade your information to others.

Your Access To And Control Over Information

Customers may request access to information we have about your account at anytime the account is active. VoiceVoice will also provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information. VoiceVoice will maintain copies of all records and data in the account for quality control purposes. Participants may request to “unsubscribe” or “do not contact” via automated links or by emailing and VoiceVoice will honor such requests in a reasonable timeframe. However, since we provide your information to customers, we cannot be responsible if the customer continues to contact you. Please contact the customer directly, or we can pass an a message to them on a best-efforts basis. Please contact us here if you need assistance in updating or reviewing your information. VoiceVoice will respond to your access request to review the information we have on file for you within a reasonable time.


We take significant precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Service, your information is protected both online and offline. VoiceVoice may choose to record some or all of the conversations happening on the Service. Recordings may include your and fellow participants' individual video feeds, as well as the group video feed, your names, and the conversation that takes place.

VoiceVoice may choose to archive or delete any recordings of VoiceVoice events for the purpose of reducing storage, or for other purposes. The creation of a recording of your event does not create the obligation to make it available for any particular length of time.

VoiceVoice may access participant records for testing, service quality analysis, usage metrics and quality assurance purposes.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. You can be assured that any recordings will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Limits of Service

VoiceVoice reserves the right to apply limits to the Service, such as the number of people who can participate in an event at one time, the length of a conference, the hours during which a event can be held, and any other limits VoiceVoice implements.

VoiceVoice reserves the right to modify, suspend or stop the Service (or any part thereof), either temporarily or permanently, at any time or from time to time, with or without prior notice to you. VoiceVoice may provide notice of any such changes to the Service by posting them on its website or sending email to the email on file. You acknowledge that VoiceVoice has no obligation to provide, or continue to provide the Service, or any part thereof, now or in the future.
